Welcome to The Pear at Parley website. By using this site or making a booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Who We Are
This website is operated by The Pear at Parley, a hospitality business based in West Parley, Dorset.

2. Website Use
This website is provided for general information about our venue, menus, and services.
You may not copy, reuse, or modify any content without permission.
We aim to keep the information up to date, but we do not guarantee completeness or accuracy at all times.
3. Bookings & Deposits
Bookings can be made online via our reservation system (ResDiary), by phone, or in person.
A £5 deposit per person is required for group bookings in The Stables or main restaurant (8+ people).
A £10 hire fee per person applies to private bookings of the Woodland Dining Huts.
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice.
4. Group Bookings & Preorders
For groups of 10 or more, a preorder is required at least 1 week before your visit, and a £5 deposit per person must be paid upon booking.
For bookings of 8 to 18 guests in the main restaurant, seating is subject to availability and not always exclusive.
Groups of 19 to 100 may be hosted in The Stables, which may be shared unless booked for exclusive hire.
5. Private Hire
Exclusive use of The Stables or Woodland Huts must be arranged in advance.
Minimum spend or hire fees may apply.
Decorations must be approved in advance and removed after your event.
6. Menu & Pricing
Our menus are seasonal and subject to change without prior notice.
All prices include VAT and are correct at time of publication.
We accommodate dietary requirements where possible—please inform staff in advance.
7. Conduct & Responsibilities
We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who behaves inappropriately or disruptively.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the premises or property during their visit.
8. Liability
We do our best to ensure your safety and satisfaction, but we are not liable for:
Loss or damage to personal belongings
Delays or disruptions caused by third parties or unforeseen events
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence.
9. Your Data
By making a reservation or submitting a contact form, you agree to our use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We use secure systems and trusted third parties to manage bookings and communication.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
